The service area has the worst customer service ever. I bought a new car which is having issues and I took it to service and they lied to my face that the issue is normal. The only reason I am leaving one star is because my salesperson was genuine and respectful. We were looking for a used SUV with low mileage and found a vehicle we were interested in online. We went to see it at the dealership but were told the car was not ready to be on the lot yet. Why advertise it then??? The salesperson took us to see the vehicle and my husband loved it. We were told it would be ready the next day and that was a lie. It took 4 days, and that is with me begging to get it done. We were told the vehicle would be detailed and the minor scratches buffed out, a lie. They never did it. When we picked it up it was pouring so it was unnoticeable at the time. We HAD TO pay for the xx Advantage that comes on every car, and we did not receive 50% of the things listed that they charged us for. Oh, and they tried to make up for the detailing of the vehicle, but it was on their timeline where we would have to take off work if we wanted it done. Hey thanks for trying to accommodate the customer...NOT!. Just an overall horrible experience and I would never return there again or recommend to anyone. More

The customer service now is horrible, they don't care about the customer. My service agent Chris was not there when I drop off the vehicle, another agent received it, but Chris never called me back. I have to called him to checked after I received a video, and then when I spoke with him, he was super rude and unhelpful. I don't think will take my vehicles for service to this KIA anymore. More
