Associate Daniel was rude and arrogant. I was first approached by a young man, apparently it was his first day then another associate Daniel came and rudely interrupted our conversation and I was first approached by a young man, apparently it was his first day then another associate Daniel came and rudely interrupted our conversation and dismissed the young man. Daniel started helping my two kids and myself with the purchase of three cars. After purchasing my car which was the more expensive one he passed me and my kids on to another associate and started talking to other clients that came into the show room without having my car detailed, it had no gas, tire pressure light was on. I had to bring the car back the next day and another associate assist me in having the work done. I realize now that it is $2000 over the value so therefore my car is upside. passed me on to another associate customers came into the show room I bought three cars that day and was promised $200 referral fee which I did not receive. More

NO DEALERS FEE.. and no, they are not mandatory in Florida This is my second used vehicle that I purchase for my kids. We have no issues with the first one, this one is a little older but the salesman (Livan This is my second used vehicle that I purchase for my kids. We have no issues with the first one, this one is a little older but the salesman (Livan) was honest with us and told us the car just came in, needed to be detailed, sold as is, etc etc. so we picked it up the next day. A little advise for next time, don't let the customer drive off with an empty tank...even a 1/4 is better than empty. People were friendly and professional, from the salesman to the secretaries. And no dealers fee... other dealers tell you is mandatory in Florida ($800) .. not true. Thank you Hollywood Kia!!!! More
