Worst Experience. Called in a.m. regarding a truck for sale. Salesperson said let me go to vehicle and check on it. Gave me detailed information regarding the truck. Put deposit down on vehicle, but didn't buy it. The deposit was $10,000. Today is 5 days after they charged my credit card for the deposit and I still do not have my money back. I went with my cousin to help her buy a car from Hollywood Kia. We had done our homework and Jeannie, the "manager" of their internet site, had given us a firm price which I checked again the day Hollywood Kia. With an uncalled for swagger, Carlos, the floor manager, changed the price to about $500 over the "firm" price. He dickered with us, kept us waiting and waiting until finally he came up with a price a mere $100 over the "firm" internet price as his "best shot." Finally, standing at the threshold of his office, I told him that he was wasting my time, and he proceeded to hurl an unprintable expletive at me. As we were leaving, Eli, one of the real boss, appeared and in one fell swoop settled it all, honoring the original price and apologizing for his floor manager. I have no idea if this is a game they play at Hollywood Kia or not but suffice it to say that I wouldn't recommend doing business with them. Even though the other members of their staff behaved competently and even nicely, the floor manager, belligerent, immature, and unprofessional, needs some training in the ways of business, especially when that business involves customers with cash in hand ready to buy. More

When i contacted the dealership by internet,i received a response within ten minutes.I asked,and Jason S.came by the house to pick me up.He made me feel comfortable within minutes.Their was no pressure whatsoever at any given time. The manager,Carlos worked with me on the offer very fairly. I even received[as a extra bonus] six tickets for a local sporting event!...What else is really left to say.....?
