Hollywood Kia, here is a tip. Every customer should be every employees' customer, from the front lot to the exit sign. Greet them, ask if they are being helped, invite them in, offer coffee and bathroom and thank them for stopping in. More

Pleasently Surprised Walked in with no appointment after seeing a USED car on a their web site. I was met by Sean who standing outside. He showed me the car I came to see, Walked in with no appointment after seeing a USED car on a their web site. I was met by Sean who standing outside. He showed me the car I came to see, however I wasn't impressed with the car. Sean went out of his way to show me several other vehicles. After about 1/2 hour I decided on another vehicle. Went inside and sat down. After about 15 minutes he came back me with a deal from the "manager". I countered the deal, 10 minutes later he came back and we had a deal. Credit app was then filled out, 1/2 hour later car was mine. Simple, straight forward, no gimmicks, quick and honest. What I liked was they didn't ask for credit BEFORE looking and dealing. Although I knew my credit good, they didn't but treated me as if it was 720...I was kinda in a hurry as well, so after all paperwork was done, they offered to drive the car to my house after it was detailed...Imagine that. Later that day, Sean called to inform me that although I was approved by a certain bank and rate, they submitted it to others and they got me a lower interest rate and re did all the paperwork with the lower rate and lower payment. EXCELLENT.....They did drive the car to my office and all is well. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PRICE, GREAT SALESMAN. I would without a doubt, come here again for another car. More
