When i contacted the dealership by internet,i received a response within ten minutes.I asked,and Jason S.came by the house to pick me up.He made me feel comfortable within minutes.Their was no pressure whatsoever at any given time. The manager,Carlos worked with me on the offer very fairly. I even received[as a extra bonus] six tickets for a local sporting event!...What else is really left to say.....? Wow does this place suck.... I am in the process of buying a new car for a relative who lost everything in Hurricane Sandy and moving to FL. Want to try to do everything I can to help. I found the exact car (make, model, year) etc etc. I emailed for information..well it took 3 days to get a response and when I did - the email I got was cut and pasted with all wrong info. Okay I can live with that...I imagine that the web dept. is prob busy. So after discussing with my relative, we decided to go a head..it was what they wanted. I called the dealership to MAKE SURE THEY STILL HAVE THE CAR. I was told..yes come on down...so I made the 25 minute drive..only to arrive and find that in fact the car I wanted had been sold days before AND IT STILL SHOWS AVAILABLE. I did have a salesman who tried to help me..but walking around to look at other cars is not what I went there for. I went with cash in hand to buy...no financing...no bull...just sell me what you say you had. Obviously by reading the reviews you can see that this seems to be the way the operate...When you walk in ..you don't get the feeling you get with a REAL dealership. Avoid this place..you will thank me More

Miguel Zayas and I had spoken a few times and he was trying to help me purchase a Kia Sorento. I had fallen in love with a 2011 Silver Kia Sorento but the time I returned it was already sold. Miguel was very attentive, outgoing, forthcoming and a great salesman. After a couple of visits and approximately 8 hours later I was ready to sign off and make a purchase. Unfortunately, at this point in time a Kevin Love who I believe is the Finance Manager of this location showed up and stated that I would have to come up with 2X the deposit money for him to get me into a 2008 Kia Sportage. I was totally shocked and told him that I could put $4000.00 down as a deposit for a 2008 car. Kevin Love was very cold, non-caring and is clueless when it comes to dealing with the public. I mentioned to him that I would leave his establishment and go to Gunter Kia and his exact word was "GO". I asked him how he could just turn away business with the economy the way it is and all the competition and he walked away from me. I hope the Joe Levy who I was told is the owner of this Kia reads this and then he will know why you salesman are not selling more cars - It's most likely because of the way Kevin Love shows no respect for customers and tells them just to leave. It is obvious that he does not own or care about Kia, the customers and or his job much or else he would work with people and treat them as a valuable customer. If I were his boss, I would definitely fire him right after reading this review. As far as Miguel Zayas - he is definitely a class act, great salesman and values customers. To make a long story even better, I went to Gunther Kia and purchased a 2013 Kia Soul Plus. I will never ever recommend anyone to purchase a car or even visit Hollywood Kia. It was finally time for me to get a new car so I went to a bunch of different dealerships. Nothing seemed just right until I got to Hollywood Kia. He allowed us to see every car and was even patient when my daughter wanted to sit in every seat to see if her friends would be comfortable.
