Shopping for cars at Hollywood Kia was overall a great experience. I was greeted by a Jack and Aaron Massre two great guys. Super friendly and were very honest. as others have mentioned in theor reviews i bought a used truck from holly wood kia recently only to find out a week later the truck needed two thousand dollars worth of repairs. i tried to talk to kevin the truck from holly wood kia recently only to find out a week later the truck needed two thousand dollars worth of repairs. i tried to talk to kevin the sales manager and he seemed geniune and that he was actually interested in helping me. he said he would do everything he could to get this taken care of...that was far from the truth. not only would they not help me out they wanted me to pay in full for the repairs. from their i never heard from anyone again i called and left messages for a week with no response. i was with out a vehicle and had no idea what was going on with my truck. nobody wanted to help me and you could actually tell the receptionist was starting to get annoyed that i was calling more than twice a day. horrible experience and i would not encourage anyone to go here for new or used vehicles with the way i was treated. Randy treats women as though we have no idea about the fair price for a new car. His starting price was only $200 off MSRP and he insisted that nobody could do any better. He basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and that we couldn't get the price for what another dealer had quoted me. When we were going to leave to go to the other dealer, he then agreed to match the price that I was quoted by the other dealer. Based on this interaction, I wouldn't trust Randy as his price quote was absolutely insulting and $1,300 higher than the other dealership. Buyer beware... do your homework (Edmunds.com, Kelley Blue Book) or you will be taken advantage of by Randy and perhaps this dealerhship. More

They haven't even registered my car yet and its been 26 days. They are unprofessional and they do not care about customers. The only reason I am writing this is 1) I would never want this to happen to anyone else its been an awful experience. 2) Money is hard to come by and I dont want to see anyone waste it there. 3) unless your buying a new car be prepared to drop some extra cash after purchase for repairs. 4) Most importantly, please don't buy the extended warranty from them. Its not worth the paper its written on. Its bad enough you get screwed on the vehicle.the company is GWC and its a scam.I am not an employee at any dealership this is a true statement from experience.Please dont waste your hard earned money at Hollywood Kia. I purchased a car and the transmission went out in three days. I had the car towed on the third day, owner and sales manager was very rude and did not try to resolve the problem. The general manager was called down he was dressed very casual in a t-shirt and shorts. I had no idea who he was at first, I ask his name and he refused to provide his full name. The police was called and I filed a police report. The next day I went back to the dealership with a mechanic and was offered another vehicle. We test drove at least eight vehicles, all vehicles were empty of gas and in poor shape. The cars had not been service at all. The vehicle I settled for had over 158,000 miles, four baldheaded tires and the aircondition did not work. I did not go to Hollywood Kia to purchase a vehicle with that amount of miles or in horrible condition. That vehicle was the only one without oil leaking from it that was in my price range. I asked for a loaner car and was told they do not provide loaner cars even if the car break down in three days. This experience at Hollywood Kia is by far the worst experience I've had at any car dealership. I plan to let everyone in Dade, Broward, and Monroe County not to patronize this dealership. They are selling cars that are in horrible shape and not disclosing the problems. I would like a full refund of $6945 that I purchased for a car that I used for three days. At this time Hollywood has my money and the car. I am currently hitchiking to work. I lost two days of work because of this horrible situation. I hope settle this without going to court, but I am prepared and ready to go. More
