Like I said, this is my families third Kia. We have purchased all of them from Hollywood Kia on the corner of State Road 7 and Pembroke Road. Hector assisted me from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He showed me what every button and knob did on the car and kept asking me, "Do you have any questions?" Hector had great product knowledge and was very professional. Since buying a car can sometimes take a long time and there's so much to remember Hector gave me his number in case I thought of a question or needed something in the future. I text him with a question the following day and he answered right away. Yes, he really answered me and within two minutes. I give Hector a two thumbs up!! Additionally, while at the dealership, I had the pleasure of working with Mitchell. He was honest, patient and fought to get us a good deal.
