Listen buying a car is really a mixture of emotions for most people... finding the right vehicle, getting the right price, and securing financing...wo Listen buying a car is really a mixture of emotions for most people... finding the right vehicle, getting the right price, and securing financing...wow! Still the thrill of driving your new vehicle home makes it all worthwhile. If price is no object then this review doesn't apply to you but for most of us there is no escaping this ordeal. That's why having a great team of guys working on your "behalf" is important. Ok I know they are being paid for their chivalry and yes if you accept a 7% APR when you're credit can demand 4% or if there's a couple of grand that you could save they're not going to negotiate for you. It's a business so do your homework, know your credit score and know the value of what you're buying. All that aside I had the pleasure of working with Hector twice in the past 3 months and I highly recommend him! Hector is personable, through, and honest. That's as good as it gets with salesmen so if you're looking for a new Kia or a clean used car be sure to give him and the good people at Hollywood Kia a call. More

Did not complete my car in time I had to my car in to get a repair they told me it would take 5 days to be fixed and it took my over a month to get it back. Do not return calls I have a lease from KIA. I needed to schedule an oil change. I called and left 3 messages for them to call me back to schedule a time. I also calle I have a lease from KIA. I needed to schedule an oil change. I called and left 3 messages for them to call me back to schedule a time. I also called and left a message with the receptionist to have them call me back, and lastly I called and left a message on the manager’s voice mail to call me back. I did not receive 1 phone call back! That is very poor customer service and I wish I would never have leased my vehicle from there. The time before that, I called 3 times before I even had someone answer the phone. More
