After I picked up the car the car continued to have a pull to the right, when I informed the service representative she questioned it and test drove the car, she said it was fine. She notified the service manager whom never acknowledged me or made eye contact. The car was rechecked for alignment and according the mechanic it was aligned , after the diagnosis I left since I could not wait any longer. More
