I was very pleased with the representative who handled I was very pleased with the representative who handled my car to be serviced but the time that she indicated that the car will be finished was not ve I was very pleased with the representative who handled my car to be serviced but the time that she indicated that the car will be finished was not very accurate and correct by my standards. She kept changing the time so I waited over two hours for a simple courtesy oil change. For my first time and also I did not get a courtesy car wash the person who was in charge of the car wash did not wash the vehicle and he was very rude please train them in customer behavior. Kermit and Roy did and amazing Job assisting me with my purchase I didn’t feel rushed or forced to make any decision I wasn’t comfortable with .
