I made an appointment for a recall. I went in for the recall. I waited a half hour in the waiting room just to have the service rep come out and tell me they did not have the part. I went to see what you could do for my Sedona. Well the van is in excellent shape so we don't want to trade it. Next I went to see Sean at the financial department and he recomended me to refinance my van van is in excellent shape so we don't want to trade it. Next I went to see Sean at the financial department and he recomended me to refinance my van I gladly accepted it and Sean told me I should get a new bank (Santander) getting in touch with me and that I wouldn't have to make a payment until December. Well, I got nothing in the mail and when I called TD bank to check if the balance had been paid by the new financing company they told no that they were waiting for my regular monthly payment. I had called Shaun about 2 o3 times explaining him said situation how would guys feel if you w3re in my shoes? More
