A horrible experience, waiting 5 hrs , no resolution to the vibration problem. After service , Tevar , my tech , could not furnish a straight answer, dissembling about the tires , condescending and striden the vibration problem. After I took my car to the dealer it started showing a check engine light. I brouhjt it again to fix a door lock unlock issue after representative confirmed the part was in the dealer. No luck again mech check engine light. I brouhjt it again to fix a door lock unlock issue after representative confirmed the part was in the dealer. No luck again mechanic said the part was not available and it will take time to get it. Im very dissapointed with the service and the my car which after 3 years of ligth use started giving problems.
