The only thing good about my experience was the service advisor Chris. I was originally assigned another service advisor I believe his name was Tristin who completely ignored me and did nothing! Also, when they repaired an issue they broke a piece off of my trunk and never said a word. I had to point it out the next day and they ordered and replaced part. It was very obvious they knew it was cracked but turned it over to me without saying a word! More
