PROS: 1) Sales rep who assisted me did a great job getting the car right for my budget. He went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience about my purchase and car features. 2) Parts & Serv getting the car right for my budget. He went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience about my purchase and car features. 2) Parts & Service: Grand kiddos to Fernando Davila. While other front desk and service employees were sitting on their butt not assisting me when I needed help, Fernando came delivered with a quick solution and up most professional behavior. Please give him a a raise. We need more employees like him. CON: It feels like as soon as you purchase a vehicle, give them their sales and leave the lot, you no longer matter to the dealership for any follow up matter. More
