The service representative named Yitzhack Ramirez was not nice. He treated us dry and lacking warm. Before finishing explaining he draw his conclusions of the matters and took him 4 hours to give a diagnosti nice. He treated us dry and lacking warm. Before finishing explaining he draw his conclusions of the matters and took him 4 hours to give a diagnostic. We arrived at 9:30 and left at 4. Almost 8 hours seated without even a breakfast. I asked him what can i do, i have my daughter with me and we come from Coral Gables and i did not know the area. He said he couldn't do anything. Then. I saw him talking to other people to whom he offered them an uber, water etc. His correct words to those people were "if you need water, food or to go anywhere i can uber you back and forth" Then, as much as i explained the issue he really did not cared. He blamed the issue on us when in reality it was not. We explained the original lights blow off so we replaced them. Once we replaced them they blew again. The mechanic guy was nice, he explained a couple of things but the service guy had a terrible customer service skills. I am not happy, i feel he discriminate me for being a woman because when my husband arrived his behavior changed. More

Customer Service representative didn't seem to care much. He asked if I needed a Lyft since I lived in the 10 mile radis and my car would be there for a while. I said okay he would call for one. After waitin He asked if I needed a Lyft since I lived in the 10 mile radis and my car would be there for a while. I said okay he would call for one. After waiting for 40 minutes, I went and checked to see if he had called for a Lyft. He then informed me I needed to let the receptionist know I needed a Lyft. Didn't even apologize for the confusion he caused. The next day picking up my car. Same Customer representative helped me and once again he said he called already to let them know they would bring my car around. Waited for 45 minutes!!! Finally someone else who worked at KIA also noticed I have been waiting for a while and offered to go get my car himself. I also had my 2 year old there with me too. Customer service could be so much better. More
