Made me pay $534 for a diagnostic that took 3 days and was never completed. When I said the fee should be $159 they said they charge for multiple diagnostics if it takes THEM longer to figure out what's w was never completed. Then when I demanded my keys they said I had to pay $534 or they wouldn't release the car. They also said there was no manager available and when I called for the manager the next day they never called me back. To top it all off he said. The free recalls they fixed on the car may have solved the problem. So he could have been making the whole thing up. Smh horrible service and grossly overpriced for industry standards. I was very disappointed . I deserve a refund😞 More

Check in- no one acknowledged me for 5 minutes. When they did, without addressing me they asked Jeff ( the “express” service writer) if he could help me, which he answered “I guess”. Then without greeting he asked for the keys went outside to look at my car and have a 3 minute personal cell conversation as I was watching him. Then I mentioned I wanted them To look at my sunroof, which he did, and then said because my car had another problem, I need it to deal with another service writer. He asked me to wait by his desk. Then he came back with another service writer who actually asked me to follow him wrote everything up and never gave me his name. It was Evan Kendra. At least he was nice and used my name for the first time. I want to mention that although Evan seems like an I introvert he was by far the nicest person who had interaction with me. As far as what was done to the car and oil change and recall. I was expecting them to tell me about replacing my wiper blades, which they didn’t, and they were so awful I had to go get new ones right after I left. I also expected the cabin air filter and washer fluid which they also didn’t say anything about. I have been in your service department before and it seems that the level of service has gone down a few notches since the last time I visited. Don’t know what happened but the difference was palpable and not for the good. More
