Exceptional service with customer care, the service advisor was able to take good care of me when I came in I was in distress because my sunroof wasn’t closing properly. I had gone to another Kia deale advisor was able to take good care of me when I came in I was in distress because my sunroof wasn’t closing properly. I had gone to another Kia dealership that day, where they told me that I needed to make an appointment and come back another day once I took a look at Hollywood Kia, they were able to see that I was in distress and they were able to fix the problem within an hour. This is what I call exceptional service above and beyond. More
