A service that was scheduled for less than 45 minutes took more than 2 hours and half due to the fact that nobody checked in my car even though I got there 26 min before my scheduled appointment at 4 pm took more than 2 hours and half due to the fact that nobody checked in my car even though I got there 26 min before my scheduled appointment at 4 pm They took so long that didn’t even had the sticker ready for my next mileage service and didn’t wash the car. They did not secure the battery cables and my daughter who drives the car was stranded the day after because the car would not start. Condition of the exterior of the car was terrible. Water marks and swirls. Had to bring the car back, leave it there, pay for my way home and back.
