I have been leasing Kia since 2017 from Hwd Kia Everyone is exceptionally nice and professional But this time around was amazing we met with Ernesto a wonderful caring young man very professional very p is exceptionally nice and professional But this time around was amazing we met with Ernesto a wonderful caring young man very professional very personable he just made us feel like family he understood our needs and made it happen. Repair left cosmetic damage that car didn't have. Costumer service is terriblnot friendly at all. Everthing was great from sales to finance. A bit dissapointed in my vehicle prep; a week later and I'm still peeling plastic and I still have to remove window sticker glue myself.
