Brandon, the service representative I worked with, was exceptional dealership, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service I received. He was incredibly responsive and took the time to thoroughly explain the services my car needed, as well as the details behind the recalls. Brandon was quick to locate the necessary parts to replace my broken trims and moldings, ensuring there were no delays. What really stood out was his extra effort to make the process as convenient as possible for me. He arranged an Uber for me to get back home after dropping off my car and to return to the dealership for pickup. On top of that, he personally called me when my car was ready, walking me through everything that had been done. The communication was seamless throughout. Overall, Brandon's professionalism, efficiency, and customer-focused approach made this a five-star experience. I highly recommend this dealership for its top-notch service and especially Brandon for his outstanding support! More

Jawara was great but when I received the car (CPO) it was filthy. They then scheduled a detail the following week to rectify the situation and when I got it back it was still filthy. I texted Mr. Watson to discuss the video, and to my surprise, he called me back right away. He went into detail about the recommended work and helped me understand everything clearly by using the analogy of a person having a cold. The analogy made the information much easier to grasp. He related the necessary work to what was outlined in the manual. Mr. Watson was very patient with me as a 70 year old woman.
