Disappointed, very poor costumer service. I took my car for a regular 3,500 miles oil change and inspection as I have been doing for the last 10 year with my 2 jeeps (wrangler & wagoneer) U I took my car for a regular 3,500 miles oil change and inspection as I have been doing for the last 10 year with my 2 jeeps (wrangler & wagoneer) Unfortunately Wayne is not longer working there, nor Jules nor any of the usual amazing service agents. The new guy don't even look at me, thought the board at my and told me to fill it up, didn't even ask me what I want, need nor even say hi... I asked for a tire rotation as I always do after 3 oil change, I was told that my wheels are too big (35") and they won't do it... when they "finished" I was handed the invoice for one oil change, I asked if my 3 oil changed packed had been already used, they guy at the front said something (couldn't hear) and I have to explain him about the program when I was leaving I was told that my break fluid was low.... why they didn't tell me before???? I would have change it. At least Eddie is still working there, he is great, always taking care of everything Very disappointed, I been driving from Miami for the last 10 year to this dealership cause the human touch made a HUGE difference, the new people are terrible, if they don't want to work they should stay home, I'm sorry but these people are ruining your business More
I was looking for a place to have my oil and filter change before returning back home to Massachusetts. I passed by Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. Having a 2019 Dodge Charger with a Hemi engine I went back change before returning back home to Massachusetts. I passed by Hollywood Chrysler Jeep. Having a 2019 Dodge Charger with a Hemi engine I went back to this dealership the next day. I was so pleased with the service writer and techs that worked on my vehicle. They were so respectful to me and polite. I will always keep this dealership in my mind and return there for them to service my car the next time I am in Hollywood , Florida. More

Carlos was very friendly and professional, but I did not give the full five stars because I feel as though the service dept. did not look thoroughly into my issue. I was told “for STARTERS” my radiator need give the full five stars because I feel as though the service dept. did not look thoroughly into my issue. I was told “for STARTERS” my radiator needed to be replaced for over $1,600, but that was not the issue for which I brought in my car. Dealerships get a bad reputation for a reason—especially when dealing with female customers; it is assumed we know nothing about our cars, so a neon sign goes off over our heads saying, “Take my money!” Quite honestly, my choice would have been to have had the problem diagnosed (likely for less than $200 than HCJ charged) at a different local garage, but this trip to Chrysler was my husband’s idea. I love that there is great communication via text (though I was told photos would be included, and I never received any), and all communication was prompt. Ultimately, I did not have the car serviced at the dealership; my husband decided to do the work, himself, but we believe the problem was incorrectly diagnosed. More
Service rep lacked manners. He did not respond to numerous phone calls over a 3 day period. Then he accused me of never calling back to determine how my truck would be serviced. When I showed up to pick up my truck(after him again not answering multiple times), he told me I should have called him and that my truck was in the shop. Not only was it not supposed to be in the shop, it was actually parked where I could see it. He told me it would be an hour to clear it from the system, but really he just went to take lunch. He then got upset with me when I went around him (because he wasn't there) and snapped at me "I told you to sit down." I don't remember hearing this kind of reaction from any other reps or managers. More
