Not only did he ensure my car was serviced quickly after he noticed i had been waiting, he assisted me with purchasing my tires and even followed up Not only did he ensure my car was serviced quickly after he noticed i had been waiting, he assisted me with purchasing my tires and even followed up to make sure they were available for my 7 am arrival to have them installed. He dealt with some unpleasantly tempered customers, myself included, with positivity and grace and never lost his customer service demeanor.
