If I could give zero stars I would. First I have had my van at this dealership many times since purchasing there. Each time I bring the van in I tell them all the same problems that the van has, and they a van at this dealership many times since purchasing there. Each time I bring the van in I tell them all the same problems that the van has, and they always fix just 1 thing, and say they can't duplicate the rest. I have requested numerous times for a phone call when this happens so that I can come in and show them. They never call and only tell me when I get there to pickup that they can't duplicate the issues. They didn't want the videos I have taken when the issues arise. The sad, part is that these are COMMON with the van and they say they know that. So I'm not sure where the problem or miscommunication is. My latest visit, I picked the van up yesterday, and was told that the warranty that I have doesn't cover the $38 a day I was told and instead only covered $28 (I have gotten rentals every time my van has gone in and never once did I have to pay anything), so I had to pay $70 plus $38 for the additional day being they cover only 7 days (the extra day was my fault and I understand that). So I had to pay $115.xx for something that should have cost me only $38. Anyway, I picked up my van yesterday after having the dash replaced for the second, maybe third, time and shortly after leaving I realize that my speaker that should be in the dash is just sitting in my door. I call and speak to Steve and let him know and he tells me that he's to busy this week and to try next Tue/Wed. I explain I can't do that as those days aren't good for me. He tells me that I can drop it off at 7am and pick it up at the end of the day and this doesn't work for me. I can't be without a van for the day and those times just do not work for me. I would have to miss work costing me even MORE money. After hanging up, the radio/ uconnect in the dash freezes and turns to a blue screen (this happened last time after having the dash replaced and they ended up having to replace the radio because of it) Once I got home I explained to my husband what had happened and he goes out to take a look and that's when he comes and shows me all the grease on the passenger door and door jamb area. He looks at the driver side and the same thing. I'm beyond mad and don't even want to have to go back let alone be stuck sitting at a dealership for the day for them to fix the issue. More

We are all in a tough time right now in all industries, with awful labor shortages everywhere. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep was able to service my Jeep on a Saturday morning despite the current issues with fin with awful labor shortages everywhere.
