Horrible experience. Will never go there again and before was always pro dealer. Took my truck in as it kept losing power while driving and shutting down. They had it for 4 days and charged me $2500. The next day I had to bring it right back to them for the same problem. They had it for another 4 days. This time they told me I needed new tires and a new computer but ultimately what was wrong with my truck was it couldn’t be fixed as it was too old and I needed a new truck. So the $2500 I spent was basically changing my fluids and other items I had already done the last 6 months that they felt needed to be done again but really had nothing to do with the problem. Took my car to Brake Specialists in Miami and for $237 which included labor, my truck is working like brand new. It just needed a new sensor. More

How do you lose someone’s car? They had no idea what they were doing. I was there for three hours for just an oil change. Steve, the supervisor super rude. Arrived on time for my appointment. Stood outside Steve Ruth's office for 5 minutes before he addressed me. Mind you Steve was playing on his personal cell phone. Mr. Ruth addressed me that he could not help me and the only way for him to assist me was to pay for everything up front. I told Steve that i have already used the NSD warranty before and that is not the way the issue was handled. Steve told me there was nothing he could do. I then asked Steve to get me the Manager please. The Manager, Rick Ogle, took care of me. No problem. No issues, so i do not understand why Steve was telling a customer whom had purchased an expensive vehicle from the dealership and purchased all the warranties, why he could not assist me. More

I brought the car because of possible problems with its transmission. You kept the car for four days but once you determine that it needed a software update, everything was OK. Your Service Advisor was very helpful and tried to help me with my problem. However, I noticed that the dealership is in need of more employees specifically Service Advisors and maybe mechanics. I only noticed my Advisor (Steven Ruth) working and some other young guy that came to help. More
A very small number of service techs to help customers. This results in long delays for customers, customers not being able to learn the status of their vehicle being worked on. Also, no one to answer phone in service department for customers. Mechanics still doing very good jobs when cars are worked on. Unless Hollywood Chrysler Jeep corrects their service department problem, I wii be finding some place else to get my Pacifica serviced. More
