Unusual problem related to trunk lid which wouldn’t close properly. While opening it would not open fully. As it looked simple fix to me they kept working on it for a week but delivered. I usually go to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, for all of my maintenance and repairs. Phillip Lamphere is my service advisor. My family and I have been following him to which ever dealership he is working. I was in another area and I needed to have an inspection, which my warranty requires to remain in effect. I had the inspection done at the other location in February. I had some difficulty in September and took my vehicle to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, and met with Phillip Lamphere. He called me to let me know that I needed a transmission repair. After he checked the the computer he found that my warranty was suspended. The inspection that had been done in February was done too early and I was not notified. Phillip worked with me and the warranty to make sure that my repair was done. I am confident that if I had gone to Hollywood Chrysler Jeep, and dealt with Phillip to have the inspection done that I would not have had any of these problems. Phillip always calls to explain everything and follows up with all of the details. He is professional, conscientious, and cares about his customers. Thank you Phillip and Hollywood Chrysler Jeep! leasing the car was ok , taking it today, 4/27/19 not at all My wife purchase a Jeep Compass 2 weeks ago and it has not started 4 times already. So she scheduled to be seen today. She spoke to a Phil at service My wife purchase a Jeep Compass 2 weeks ago and it has not started 4 times already. So she scheduled to be seen today. She spoke to a Phil at service Jeep in Hollywood. She was there at 7:50 AM and was told by this Phil that it would take one hour. Besides lying to her , he was disrespectful when she after way over one hour questioned about her car. Phil was sarcastic saying that "she wanted to be treated special" when all she wanted was for them to START working on her car which had been sitting at same spot. Lies , lies, lies. She told him she had already changed a 9:30 appointment to 10:30 . He did not care. When she finally called upon Gary, the salesman, who was extremely helpful, he took the manager and in 10 min, yes 10 min brought the car to her and said what had to be done only takes 10 minutes. I know... hard to believe Jeep has such an As...... working for them. My wife and I are extremely upset. What is going to be done about the 2 cancelled appointments and the 2 hours and 30 minutes she WASTED there. Ask Gary and the manager Mike, who were very apologetic when they brought the car. AMAZING bad experience. WHAT will be done??? Phil could not and had no right to treat Patricia that way. More

M Not long after arriving in Florida, saw there was an oil leak. Saw the reviews for Hollywood Chrysler, called, got an appointment for the day after. Met with Jeff Issner (service advisor), told us not to worry, it’s under warranty ans will be ready in 2 days. We got the call 2 days later, picked up the véhicule when we where told it would be ready and covered under waranty. This doesn’t happened very often anymore, thank you to Jeff Issner for his excellent service and honesty, truly a man of his word. More
