I like the people that I deal with. They are friendly and make sure the job gets done. However I won’t go back for any service related matter unless it’s free which I am entitled to for the next 3 years bein make sure the job gets done. Very disappointing overall, know the dealership very well, but the service experience was totally off. Terrible communication, incomplete work on the car. Won't go back after this last visit. I will give credit to service manager Rick Ogle for coming in help resolve and troubleshoot the issue at the end but this issue went on for 12 days... however when the car was finally returned, not clean, the access panel below the seats from work done was left unattached, cables were not properly connected, no sanitary considerations, etc. Service writer Steven mumbles and simply could not explain the process and details regarding a serious ABS / Master Brake Cylinder failure on a Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 13K miles. More

Kerri was absolutely wonderful. Very attentive and I’ve never had my car serviced so quickly. She was punctual and was able to diagnose a price that was almost the amount I paid. They changed my oil to synthetic oil without my permission and no one wants to take accountability. They also added additional services again without even calling me and had the nerve to tell me th permission and no one wants to take accountability. They also added additional services again without even calling me and had the nerve to tell me they left messages, funny because I didn't get them! I even verified the phone number with them to make sure they had the correct number. They left the interior filthy and the whole front including my custom bumper has some sort of sticky substance all over it. No one returns calls or messages including service manager Mike, its very disheartening. For the almost $1600 paid, their customer service sucks and I will not be back and anyone who asks me ai will let them know how crappy I got treated! More

I brought my car in for an oil change and general inspection appointment and was told by the service advisor he didn't even need to see it, brought it though the express lane where I was told all was well. Not 3 months later, it broke down entirely and I was told it needed $4,000 of repairs and maintenance. It then still wouldn't start which the service team said was normal and sent it on it's way. It was not normal, still wouldn't start, then had to be brought to another mechanic for $100s of more repairs. Good luck even getting an answer to your phone calls or emails. There is not enough staff and the emails I've gotten in response have either ignored my issue or were about another unhappy customer's car issues. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More
