I went there because the service man said that I would need brakes soon. Waited a few months, made an appt at 0800, to find out that the appt was not to have my vehicle worked on, it was to only speak to need brakes soon. Waited a few months, made an appt at 0800, to find out that the appt was not to have my vehicle worked on, it was to only speak to the service man. I was called on the next day to say they were going to look at my vehicle and they did not. Went to pick my vehicle up on the 3rd day and was convinced to have them look at it. Was called a few hours later and was told that I needed brakes, rotors, differential fluid, brake fluid costing $1600.00 Declined the work, picked up my Jeep and paid $160.00 for them to do the check. The cashier was VERY NICE!! I brought my Jeep to another machinic and was told that I take great care of my Jeep and that I do NOT need brakes. Hollywood Jeep does gives out Smoking Tickets. Will never go back there again, Plus they could even fix the leak on my drivers door the previous time I went there. Sorry, I don't usually write bad reviews but this visit broke me down. More
Communication wasn't the best...I tried calling on several attempts to get an update on my car and no one was picking up the personal line or the general line.
