The first issue is that I was told it woukd take an hour..3 hours later never hearing from them (theyvsaid tgey would call when car is ready) when call..I call 5-6 times abd no one from service answered the phone ..reception transferred me to a different extension each time saying this person shoukd answer..then ..the change oil signal was still on when after the supposedly did an oil change..so when I told the service people they suggest I come back on other visit because they must have forgot and it was close to closing time... as if I woukd have to go back to dealership again for them to switch of signal..why not just do it then ..even though it was close to closing time they still had staff in the shoo and in service..just annoying
