Hollywood Chrysler Jeep - Service Center

I previously wrote a review having had a disappointing service experience, however, I am rescinding that review and writing a new one as Hollywood Chrysler Jeep made sure the issue was taken care of and t service experience, however, I am rescinding that review and writing a new one as Hollywood Chrysler Jeep made sure the issue was taken care of and then some. Rick Ogle took great care of me making sure my car was taken care of and in record time. The customer service and hospitality was incredible, and I would highly recommend anyone in need of car maintenance to check them out. Horrible! Last oil change they did, they failed to put seal on tight, and my engine almost blew up. Left a message for the manager and he never responded. Had to take my jeep to another Jeep dealership who noted on paperwork the issue. Cost me money to fix as due to the seal not on properly it could not be warrantied. Not only this, but the sensor light rear axil failed because they couldn't properly diagnose a problem. This is the worst dealership I have ever tried to work with. Another dealership miles away literally saved my Jeep engine. If I could provide -10 stars I would. More
