They took $200 from me, we called for the speedometer to be reprogrammed they said bring it. We had to stay in dealer for 4hrs just for them to do nothing, we came back 4 days later and WE HAD TO LEFT THE be reprogrammed they said bring it. We had to stay in dealer for 4hrs just for them to do nothing, we came back 4 days later and WE HAD TO LEFT THE TRUCK ALMOST A WHOLE WEEK just for them to tell me that they couldn't fix it. They did everything possible to not give me my money back. I just can't believe the customer service DONT TAKE WORK ORDERS THAT YOU CANT COMPLETE PLEASE. MADE ME LOOSE MY TIME AND MONEY DONT COME TO THIS DEALER. More

My car was in your shop for 2 days, 1st day no calls from advisor. 2nd day call at 11:34am, I came in at 6:00 pm car not done or returned call from advisor and promise from Manager for to discount and talk w advisor. 2nd day call at 11:34am, I came in at 6:00 pm car not done or returned call from advisor and promise from Manager for to discount and talk with advisor as to why no contact with customer. The process and my time wasted but the Manger left satisfied he talked to me about a warranty as if that's new news. This is my 3rd dodge/Chrysler I had serviced at this dealership since 2000. More
