Communication is very poor. Never received additional texts, calls or email as to status or adjustment to cost. Received a response from an Executive. They found the software issue and fixed as they did not know there was an issue. I was very surprised to be contacted and he even went above to make sure their communications and customer service was fixed. Involved several employees and they really made a difference for my perception of this dealership now. I will definitely use them again as they were very proactive and genuine to fix an issue they had no knowledge of. More
