In short, the Wrangler that I took in is the same or worse shape when it came out. And my wallet is $3600 lighter. It took days and days and then a poor Google review and a follow-up email to even get a response to some simple CLARIFYING questions. I did not and have not asked for anything. But now I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid Hollywood Jeep Chrysler. What started out so promising ended about as poorly as it could. Hollywood Chrysler Jeep seems to be just another dishonest mechanic shop. So good on them. More

I did my first oil change on my JGC-L, went to the express oil change section it was nice. The wait was a bit long 2.5 hrs but everything was good.
