It is April 5th. March 7th I took my Jeep Wrangler in due to a ticking noise. The Jeep has a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. I have recieved just 2 return phone c March 7th I took my Jeep Wrangler in due to a ticking noise. The Jeep has a lifetime bumper to bumper warranty. I have recieved just 2 return phone calls in this past month, both saying they are “working” on getting my Jeep approved for service. I am supposed to get a free rental car. It was not until March 31 they approved this. I am infuriated at the lack of communication , stalling, and not honoring my warranty. No one from management returns my numerous phone calls.
