I am very disappointed at the service that was rendered. I took the car in on 10/27. My car engine turns off on its own. I was told that it was the oil gaskets and oil change. I paid $1,371 for all the ser I took the car in on 10/27. My car engine turns off on its own. I was told that it was the oil gaskets and oil change. I paid $1,371 for all the services. The service rep Jose Hernadez told me that the muffler needed to be changed out. I declined the services. I did not receive a call.to p/u. I called after 9 days and was told the car was ready. This is unprofessional. I took my car to two other mechanics and did not see an issue. The third mechanic found metal in the oil tank and there was other work that they completed which was suppose to be completed with the gasket change. I want to have an appointment with the service supervisor to have this situation handled. I should have not paid for service that was not rendered. More

One of the wheel covers for my jeep was not secured properly which caused it to fall off and get damaged.
