I think on my deal there are things I did not realize were included that I do not need ... note my copy of lojack was not signed by me...the rush thru in the finance area had me sign stuff and really didn't follow. On the way out he said call your insurance to let them know you jahave lojack..I thought it was included in the package..then read the finance documents at home..The documents the manager said I got in the first few conversations were not given to me but kept by the salesman. I had to repeatedly request in person and online a copy itemizing what I bought. As I noted, I was never given till I requested many times an itemized list. Still a decent value but I think the methods of sales and quickness of going thru and keeping papers could be a more positive experience. Sales manager rates his transparency yet, it was a struggle to get the itemized list. When I first went in to check an internet ad, the salesman tried to switchmen to something else..then the sales manager got me another salesman. After two visits it was understood the vehicle I sought. But the day I actually bought it ...your system with the papers and order of events is not pleasant or easily understandable..wear the customer out so he just wants to leave then rush thru the documents having him sign...To have to be argued with for days rather than just give me the list was unacceptable.
