Called around 10:00 a.m. and was told that my service rep was out and he would get in touch with me Monday. I called back Monday morning around 10:00 and they still had not even looked at my trunk. I finally just went and picked my truck up. I'll take it to another dealer to have it serviced. I have never been treated like this before at any dealership and would highly recommend that you take your vehicle elsewhere for service. More
I have only used Hollingworth Richards Ford for their parts needs, but from what customer service, price, and help that I have received has been AWESOME! My parts salesmen was Brent Hudson, he was just a parts needs, but from what customer service, price, and help that I have received has been AWESOME! My parts salesmen was Brent Hudson, he was just as friendly when I picked up my part as the first time I went in to order it. Great help! Would and have recommend the parts department to all of my family and friends. More

The dealership treated me very well during the sales The dealership treated me very well during the sales process, but after the sale is where the trouble starts. The very first problem was the payoff The dealership treated me very well during the sales process, but after the sale is where the trouble starts. The very first problem was the payoff of my trade-in. the check they sent the bank was $6 short so the bank contacted the dealership about the issue and the response was they would send another check. I only know this this because I checked two weeks after the sale to see if my truck had been paid off, it was not so I called the bank. I didn't worry about it because I thought the a reputable dealer would take care of it. Not so! The dealer never sent another check and the bank pulled another payment out of our checking account. You can imagine my response @#*%! If that wasn't enough one month later the state hasn't received anything from the dealer for registration. I only have three weeks left on the temporary tag then I will have to park it till this gets resolved. As of Nov.10th the state still doesn't have any paperwork from the dealer on my truck and they say they would overnight it. My complete disappointment in Hollingsworth Richards Ford after sale is makes me give this Dealer an F in customer satisfaction! I cannot recommend this dealer for anything! I must apologize to my sales man Marlin Glenn who did a great job, but the dealer sucks. I have bought several new cars over the last 20 years and I have never had any problems like this. All I can say is buyer beware! More

the service experience was horrible if they rip off customers like that the company should be rich i took my 2008 ford expedition there because when go to crank it the truck would just turn over so the customers like that the company should be rich i took my 2008 ford expedition there because when go to crank it the truck would just turn over so they did a check on it and told me that it was the starter so me tursting their judgement i had it done which cost me $400 so i got a call that it was ready to come and pick it up got in it ready to go it was donig the same thing all mechanics were gone so i had to bring it back the next day so i did that they ran another check only to tell me that it was something dealing whith the fuel pump and that cost me around $700 i think that's a rip off they didn't offer me any discount because they did a bad diagnostic on it you bring your car there only to have this trust happen you don't recommend people to get treated lick that . Mr Don ordered me a 2011 Mustang GT for well under MSRP before any were even hitting the lots. When the car came in I was qualified for $1250 in rebates and he honored them without a bat of an eye. He alwa before any were even hitting the lots. When the car came in I was qualified for $1250 in rebates and he honored them without a bat of an eye. He always returned my calls within a reasonable time frame and kept me updated throughout the process. When there was an error with the order (just as much my fault for not confirming before agreeing to the order) he comped some add-ons I was planning to purchase to help balance things out. I will have no problem referring any friends or family to Mr Don, as he was straight forward through the process and quick to work out a resolution with the one issue regarding the very slight error in the order. Car did not have one of the options that had been listed on the sticker. realized it after the sale - and man what a pain these people are to deal with after the sale. i think they knew the option was mis on the sticker. realized it after the sale - and man what a pain these people are to deal with after the sale. i think they knew the option was missing because they took the sticker off when i bought it and did not leave it with me so i had no way of knowing what options i had paid for. rob fassit ordered the option i had paid for for me and just kept saying "ive got it taken care of" but never would give me an exact date the part would come in. seems like when u spend 30k they could get it overnighted or something. anyway, after several calls, i finally called the guy listed as the new car sales manager on their website, ray leblanc. he told me he was NOT the new car sales manager and when i pointed out that the website listed him as the new car sales manager he said "umm.. uhh. i kinda float around". this is all after spending 30k on a new car. he told me someone would call me back that day - which never happened. also, during the sale they tried playing the old "dealer invoice" game on me and showed me a copy of the invoice, saying they were selling at their invoice price. dont be suckered by this... ford sends them rebates seperately that do not appear on those invoices - so never fall for that trick. never again. i dont trust these people. when will the new car buying process change to a fixed price sytem, rather than all the b.s. you have to endure with the negotiations process? what a hassle it is to deal with sales people. i could go on and on about this experience, but i think you should get the picture by now. I was going to buy a vehicle from these people, they told me that I can get this vehicle for less $4000 Invoice Price with 0% financing. I signed all the papers, when I went to the financing area (met with me that I can get this vehicle for less $4000 Invoice Price with 0% financing. I signed all the papers, when I went to the financing area (met with Sales Manager instead of Business Manager). He told me that I could not get 0% and $4000 off Invoice price. Then they tried to fool me saying this is the best they can do. I have a feeling that they do this with a lot of people hoping they will not worry about since they are already excited about getting the vehicle. I walked away from the deal since I felt like I was going to be taken advantage of. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had in my life. More
