Service department does not keep customers updated and routine maintenance takes way too long, even when I have a scheduled appointment. They don't have any staff to handle emergency repairs. They almost ruined my car. I stood in line waiting like 10-15 minutes until somebody finally approached me. Services were not explained when my car was returned. I only went for 3 recalls and they almost totally recalled my car. It was very stressful. When I left my car not run, smoke started coming out of the exhaust, the shift gear will not work, I have no idea how I was able to take a U turn and go back inside the dealership, 5 minutes later they come saying it was some kind of nail stuck in the pedal, a brand new nail, sure.
