My 11 thousand miles oil changed it was time to take my hyundia sonata in for my 11 thousand mile oil change and as always my experience at holler hyundai was excellent. Mr Sanford Ba it was time to take my hyundia sonata in for my 11 thousand mile oil change and as always my experience at holler hyundai was excellent. Mr Sanford Barbee the person who attended me was extremely helpfull and courteous. Although I only came in for my scheduled oil change mr Sanford had my car check and found that my car air and aircondition filters needed to be changed. he was courteous enough to inform me that this was not cover under my warranty before any work was done and ask me if I wanted it done. He was not pushy or try to make a sale I was very satisfied that it was left up to me to replace them I did have them replace and was very happy with the work done. I have purchased my last 3 cars at holler hyundai at winter park and most likely buy my next one there too.My service consultant mr Sanford Barbee was excellent and I would requested him again when I go back for more work. Has been a long time since I have purchased I brought my New 2014 Santa Fe Limited AW in for its first service last week. Didn't know what to expect. Has been a long time since I have purchased a new car, 20 years. I still have my 20 yr old car, Nissan 240SX SE convertible, Justin Scoville was my Service assistant. Only needed an oil change. A real pleasure to work with Justin Scoville. He held my hand every step of the way, even though I was just there for an oil Change, he still explained everything to me. Since this was my first time in a Hyundai Service Center, I appreciated the attention and explanations and for the quick service. Will see you for the next service. May be a while, as I have owned the vehicle for 8 months and have 5,000 miles on it. More

Don't go to this service department This service department is dishonest and the service manager is impossible to reach. He does not return phone calls. We took the car in because we needed a new tire and it took almost twenty four hours to get a quote for a new tire and then it took another hour to find out that she also needed a new rim. Very unprofessional. More
My husband took my 2012 Hyundai Genesis in for a routine oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go oil change, the car has less than 17,000 miles and they told him he needed to purchase a $62.00 filter for the inside for the A/C or the A/C could go out. Since we live in Florida and it does get hot, he purhcased it and they installed it, however even though we have an extended warranty and the warranty on this vehicle is 60,000 miles, this particular part was NOT covered. This is truly AMAZING to me, does this mean that every 17,000 miles we have to purchase a new Air Filter for the inside of the vehicle for the A/C?? I feel we were "ripped off" by a service person trying to "look good" to a service manager and this part wasn't really needed. I would like to hear from other owners of 2012 Hyundai Gensis to see if this has been a problem for them. I will indeed do reserach on this problem. More
