He l Ty my service advisor greeted me very pleasantly. He explained to me what they are going to do at service including a an update abs brake recall. He later made sure that my car would be getting washed after the work was done. When I went to pick up my car the vehicle was expterely clean both on the outside and inside. In addition, Ty made sure I had a ride from the dealership to my gym and back. I could be your spokes person on both new cars, salesmen and the service advisor. I would highly recommend going to this dealership and service department. I would also recommend to other customers how I was treated and how great your vehicles are. From a score from 1 to 10,( 10 being the overall best), I would give this dealership and/ Ty my service advisor at big fat 12! Rich Besser More
Doesn't Follow Manufacturer's Warranty Procedure Brought my daughter's Elantra to our local dealer Hyundai of Orange Park due to the steering wheel ring pitting and coming apart. The dealer diagnose Brought my daughter's Elantra to our local dealer Hyundai of Orange Park due to the steering wheel ring pitting and coming apart. The dealer diagnosed the issue and indicated they were ordering a NEW steering wheel. Unfortunately, my daughter had to get back to college and the service manager stated to take the invoice that shows approval for a new steering wheel to any authorized Hyundai dealer in Orlando and they would follow the same procedure to order and replace a new steering wheel. My daughter brought her car into Holler Hyundai and showed Ty, the service rep, the steering wheel and the invoice indicating a new part would be ordered. He told my daughter to come back today for the repair. I assumed the time from reviewing the steering wheel and today was due to placing an order for a new one. Upon picking up the car today, not only did the dealership NOT replace the steering wheel with a new one, they simply repaired it with a material to fill in the areas that were pitted. #1 that is not what was originally approved by Hyundai. #2 that is not what Ty was supposed to perform #3 the material that was used doesn't even match the rest of the steering wheel. #4 there are still pits in areas that were not repaired correctly. #5 the company that did the repair scratched the center logo of the steering wheel. I called Hyundai USA Customer Service and they indicated the steering wheel should have been replaced since it was still under factory warranty. PERIOD. Very disappointed with this dealership. More

First Service Visit Upon arrival for my first service visit on Saturday 8/15/15 for an oil change, I was greeted by Justin, the service adviser. I advised him that I was Upon arrival for my first service visit on Saturday 8/15/15 for an oil change, I was greeted by Justin, the service adviser. I advised him that I was here for my first oil change in my 2015 Sonata and I needed him to look into a rattle coming from the passenger door and also the driver's window glass seemed to rattle over rough pavement (probably needs to be adjusted or tightened.) He immediately advised me that cars with "better sound systems" (mine is mid-grade, the Infiniti system is more powerful) will usually cause rattles. How is that the case? I paid more, for better quality, so I get problems because of it? No sir, a rattle is a rattle, and it needs to be addressed with a sound deadening kit, felt, or some other type of solution. Not an excuse. I am used to dealing with a higher end car dealership and would have never been given an excuse like that about the product they sell. He also advised me that they will not take the door panel off (it's not hard and a tech can practically do it blind) just to see about the window rattle. Huh? You are blatantly refusing to look into the issue I brought to your attention? I understand that Hyundai is a cost-effective brand, but I should not be exempt from customer service and product support. Every issue I bring to your attention takes time away from me, therefore there is no reason for me to lie! The best part of my visit was being stranded at the Winter Park Village. I requested to be shuttled to Starbucks since I knew that my service would be a few hours (and of course they don't have loaner cars! hah!) Once I was ready to be picked up, I made several phone calls back to the dealership, only for them to advise me the shuttle driver was no where to be found. I ended up walking back, in the heat of the day, only for my service adviser to tell me that they couldn't reproduce my rattles. I have worked with service advisers from Toyota, Ford, Lexus, Chevrolet, and now Hyundai, and Hyundai was the only one who didn't even ask for me to assist them with reproducing the problem. You know why? They genuinely don't GAF! I am in desperate need of a customer centric Hyundai dealership in Orlando. I'll let you know when I find one! More

I traded in my Mercedes Benz last month and one reason was the customer service was only focus on the dealership's needs, not what I really needed. Greg asked us what services we came for and then told us about a tire recall we knew nothing about! Thanks Greg and we will recommend others to Holler for service and purchases. More

I pulled my new car around back at approximately 5:45pm to have them check my tire pressure before leaving to go home in my brand new car. The service adviser was less than helpful and asked me "which one?" as if to hurry to go home. How do I know, I just bought it? Can you just check them all? I mean, it's not hard. While he did that, I went inside to purchase a cargo net, and the part's lady was helpful at least. She probably should have advised me that installing the cargo net required drilling holes in my brand new trunk. Upon taking my vehicle back from the service adviser, the car stated the tire pressure was at 58 PSI. Hyundai specifies 34 on the door. He said, "well I put it at 35, so drive it and it should adjust." Well it never did. I manually checked the tire pressure two days later at a Wawa, and the car was at 58 PSI. That amount is dangerous and ruins the performance of the tire. If I would have never bothered to look at it again, I could have blown the tire over a large bump or pot hole. Sending me home with improperly inflated tires is unacceptable. If you can't handle that, then why would I trust you for any other service. First impressions are the most important and you should never rush just because you close in a few minutes. More

I made an appointment to have the recall work done. I arrived shortly before the appointment time and was immediately greeted by at least 2 employees who stated that someone would be with me shortly. After just a few minutes, Justin Scoville came to escort me to the service desk and take my information. Justin was very professional and polite. He explained what would be done to my car and gave me an estimated completion time and then directed me to the waiting room. The setup of the waiting room was very comfortable. At one point Justin came out to tell me about some items they found during the inspection that I might want to have looked at -- with no pressure. He told me my car would be done in just a few more minutes. To my surprise, the service was completed in less than the time quoted. I checked out and was on my way. More
