This is my second visit for regular service maintenance, both times I experience poor service. I returned a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately they failed the second time as w both times I experience poor service. In my first visit, they did not reset the service indicators in the vehicle, second visit was the same. They also do not perform the multi point check inspection as clearly evidenced from failing to reset service indicators and low tire pressure. I'm left to wonder if they actually replaced the oil filter and motor oil. To top everything off, both visits took almost 5 hours wait! The wait is in addition to your scheduled service appointment booked weeks in advance. More
