Multiple chances First off TY is the best service advisor, this has nothing to do with him. I have used them several times for service however I will not be returning First off TY is the best service advisor, this has nothing to do with him. I have used them several times for service however I will not be returning to Holler Hyundai for service. This most recent experience involves picking up my 2015 Genesis after the service was completed on the seat. When we arrived the drivers side seat back was not attached on the right side it took looked like someone just hurried to tuck it in and left it looking like it was in a wrestling match and lost. However they did do a nice detailing job on the rest of the car but that’s not what we brought it in for. I have given this service department too many chances to deliver consistent service. Once they read this review hopefully they will learn from their mistakes but I highly doubt it since this issue occurred. Please don’t contact me asking me what you can do better to improve a rating you’ve had too many opportunities already with no changes. As I said from the outset these issues have nothing to do with TY. There is obviously a breakdown somewhere else in their chain. Sorry I have to take my business elsewhere. More
Superior Service for an affordable price Ok, lets be honest, cars and there needs can be very stressful! With my suv needing some minor service and hopefully minor repairs I walked in to Holler Hyundai in Winter Park prepared for the doom and loom of my cars needs. In comes Ty and team and swoops the fears and anxiety away making what could have been a disaster a dream. Thank you Holler and specifically Ty for making this experience a delight and taking my fears of the future go away. I will have no problem feeling comfortable and confident with my team at Holler, Thanks again. More

I bought my Veloster Turbo at another Central Florida Hyundai dealership and took it to that same dealership for repairs. Both the purchase and services done to my car at the other dealership, were two of the worst experiences of my life. Holler's service department even fixed issues with my car that were created by the previous dealership's repairs! I will NEVER take my Veloster to another Hyundai dealership except Holler!! More

Regular bugs will take your paint off, glad this wasn't a bad love bug season here. The first time for service, they were argumentative(Justin) and his department left off one of the valve stem caps on the tires. When made aware of this they sent me two that did not match the other three. The next time in they resolved that but left greasy hand prints all over the car. Both times they lowered the tire pressure to 32 PSI when the owner's manual and side front doorpost both say that 35 PSI is the recommended pressure for the Sonata Hybrid. They don't know what they are doing. They are fast but not accurate. Headquarter Hyundai in Sanford, FL did a much better job. They had friendlier staff and they washed and vacuumed the car for free. They had a much better customer waiting area. I know where I am buying my next Hyundai from. More

Poor Service I took my elantra gt, for an oil change, and tire rotation today. Two hours, later i recieved my car, as i left, i realized, no paper floor mats, so d I took my elantra gt, for an oil change, and tire rotation today. Two hours, later i recieved my car, as i left, i realized, no paper floor mats, so dirty shoes i quess allowed? Not for sure ,if they offer vacuum your car, with service any longer? Then, i realized no sticker for next oil change. I went inside to inquire, was told it probably fell off, he said i can get you one, i said no thanks, i didnt want to wait any long, and left as he kept eating, hahaha. To buy a car fantastic experience, to service a car, not so much. More
