I previously came to this dealer before and had a good experiance. I went out of my way to thank my advisor and the manager with a thank you crad and starbucks gift cards to show my appreciation. I cancelled an appt at another deal to come to Tye and I quickly regreted it within mins of my interaction. Customer service was bad. Unfriendly and didn't seem like my business was welcome. Zero communication from service advisor. I had to continually reach out for updates. I will not be returning to this dealership with any of my business. More
