I am not sure why we make an appointment change oil and tire rotation took almost 5 hours on a Friday, each time we are there seems longer. And we had a tire leak for couple weeks prior to coming, the next day we see the issue a screw was in the tire, during rotation they should have seen it. And they wanted to. Charge 58 dollars for changing a daytime running light that worked but was aftermarket, but when we picked up the car warning ⚠️ lights were on and light didn't work ..There are to many red flags to go back to this dealership. I scheduled an oil change two weeks in advance. When I arrived at my appointment time, there was a line five cars long. In the past when I took my.car for servicing, everything was completed within a hour to an hour and a half. Up to this disappointment, I considered Holler Hyundai service department as always being five stars. More
This is my second visit for regular service maintenance, both times I experience poor service. I returned a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately they failed the second time as w both times I experience poor service. I returned a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately they failed the second time as well. In my first visit, they did not reset the service indicators in the vehicle, second visit was the same. They also do not perform the multi point check inspection as clearly evidenced from failing to reset service indicators and low tire pressure. I'm left to wonder if they actually replaced the oil filter and motor oil. To top everything off, both visits took almost 5 hours wait! The wait is in addition to your scheduled service appointment booked weeks in advance. More
