Derek always takes good care of my car. He keeps me posted on what is happening with it. He gets me a ride to and from work, which makes dropping off my car so easy. I came in for a regular maintenance and oil change. I was told that I needed a new battery but since there was a back order on the car batteries I was given a loaner. Ty did an excellent job of explaining to told that I needed a new battery but since there was a back order on the car batteries I was given a loaner. Ty did an excellent job of explaining to me what was wrong with the battery of my car and why it needed to be replaced. He also explained to me why there was a back order on the batteries. Even though it did take 2 months to get a battery, Ty made sure to keep me updated every week regarding the battery ETA. Ty was very honest, polite, sincere, and thoughtful. Took car in for routine maintenance. Checking in with service advisor (Aiesha) was a great experience. Service techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Check out was smooth.
