My first dealer service since I moved to FL was at Universal Hyundai. Not pleased with their service, so I thought I would try Holler this time, even though farther from my home. We bought our car here in 2017 and the service quality has been decreasing. I just brought it in for routine maintenance and had to wait 3 hours. The person in the office was friendly and apologetic for has been decreasing. I just brought it in for routine maintenance and had to wait 3 hours. The person in the office was friendly and apologetic for the wait. But, the next day, ALL the sensor lights on the dashboard lit up while driving. I called and they said I needed to bring it back in. She told me the next available appointment was in 3 weeks or I could come in and wait in the hopes I could be squeezed in. The Holler service person on the phone was not at all sympathetic and did not even apologize for the problem. More

Very poor service. Had to return 3 times for simple routine issues and they are still not done. Left messages with service manager on 2 separate days to discuss issues and he never returned phone calls routine issues and they are still not done. Went to get check engine light and other warranty things taken care of. 3 hours later, they told me check engine light was due to a loose gas cap.
