Ty was very good. My back up camera works intermittently. They want $635 to replace camera. If it works some time it doesn't sound like it needs replaced. Did they check for loose connection? Once again Ty my service agent went above an beyond, when the service to my vehicle was completed it started to pour down rain. We bought our car here in 2017 and the service quality has been decreasing. I just brought it in for routine maintenance and had to wait 3 hours. The person in the office was friendly and apologetic for has been decreasing. I just brought it in for routine maintenance and had to wait 3 hours. The person in the office was friendly and apologetic for the wait. But, the next day, ALL the sensor lights on the dashboard lit up while driving. I called and they said I needed to bring it back in. She told me the next available appointment was in 3 weeks or I could come in and wait in the hopes I could be squeezed in. The Holler service person on the phone was not at all sympathetic and did not even apologize for the problem. More
