Hollar used to be very personal able. They always put the customer first - during the sale and even when you bring it to service. They used to make you feel special. I think it’s been lost! Older staff who are not there anymore, used to come to me an explain what was done not depend on a text to tell me my car was ready. I just feel they have become too dependent on technology and forgot why the company was originally successful! More
