Went for oil change which is advertised online for 34.95 and the sales person Ty wanted to charge me 70 dollars, when I asked why he said prices went up and the online price should be updated , he offered t and the sales person Ty wanted to charge me 70 dollars, when I asked why he said prices went up and the online price should be updated , he offered to discount it at 48 dollars which still was not the advertised price , after going back and forward I paid 41 dollars. I have come to Holler before and a few years back I ventured out to another dealership which Ive regretted since day one. From the very first moment Paul Ortiz greeted me at the door, I started to relax already. He listened to my situation, my needs, and my concerns and continued to reaasure me they will do whatever they can throughout the entire process. When it came time for financing, I had the pleasure of working with Toni Van Ierland who made me feel like family. Between her and another gentleman in finance they worked to get me into a beautiful new Hyundai. I have never seen a team of individuals work so hard to help another person as the people here. This experience has truly made me a loyal Holler Hyundai customer for life. In addition to this amazing experience. The service department employees are a cut above the rest.
