If I could give zero stars I would. I am so incredibly disappointed with my service experience today. I've been going to this dealership for at least 10 years and after today, I will I am so incredibly disappointed with my service experience today. I've been going to this dealership for at least 10 years and after today, I will never go back there again. I had an 1120 appointment to have routine maintenance done on my 2021 Tucson. I checked in on time. Anthony the service advisor told me they were running at about 2 hours. Ridiculous in my opinion for an appointment but ok. At the 2 hr 20 minute mark I sent a text to the advisor. He never responded. Finally at 2 o'clock I went to find out what was going on. Anthony told me that my car was NEXT to BE STARTED. Yep, they hadn't even started working on it. I was furious and asked for my car to be returned to me. I also asked for the service manager to call me. I was told he was at lunch. It's been 2 hours and I have yet to get a call back. 6 years ago I gave them a 5 star review on google. Things have definitely declined since then. More
The service department is the worst. We had an issue with the way were treated and were told the service manager would call us. (Service guy Matt old us there was one problem that was diagnosed for one price $729, then called to say the am technician felt we needed another part for an additional cost of $550. We did not accept the technicians word and the car has been driving great with just the first fix for $729) Of course the service manager never called. We feel the dealership was trying to rip us off by upping the bill by $550. We will never use this dealer for service or to purchase. More

First time there. They honored maintenance from other dealer. Friendly staff and didn’t push me on things other dealers wanted me to buy as far as cabin filter etc. wo They honored maintenance from other dealer. It should not take 5 hours to do scheduled routine maintenance on a vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, safety check). On top of that, I watched my vehicle as it pulled out of the bay, then had to go maintenance on a vehicle (oil change, tire rotation, safety check). On top of that, I watched my vehicle as it pulled out of the bay, then had to go to customer service myself 30 minutes later to find out where my car was. Ridiculously poor service all around More
