Brought my car in for routine service and left with 4 tires that all had different air pressure (none correct). Took new Santa Fe in for oil change, rep at Holler service found defective tire under Warranty with Continental. This is the first time I had an issue with the service. I made my appointment a month ago received all the reminders, check in went fine. When I checked in with Rick, he told me it would be another half hour. I spoke with the service manager, Robert and said they must half a problem with scheduling where they are making to many appointments at one time. But there is no way it should take this long for an oil change, it's usually about an hour. In total it took 5 hours on the 14th. I am not complaining about Rick or Robert or the tech that serviced my car. But I feel they need to check how they are doing the scheduling. More
I normally have had great service at Holler Hyundai. My last visit was for warranty work on a window motor. Jose was the rep and he ordered the wrong part and the entire process dragged on for weeks. Had 7500 mile service done at 7200 miles Got home and alert to have oil change came up as well as "windshield washer fluid empty "alert . Went back next day and a service rep reset oil alert and filled alert to have oil change came up as well as "windshield washer fluid empty "alert . Went back next day and a service rep reset oil alert and filled washer fluid. That evening started car and oil change alert came on again. Went back next day and another tech finally reset oil alert. Over the weekend my odometer showed over 7500 miles. The next time I started the car the alert for 7500 mile service notice appeared which means another trip back for service. 20 miles round trip for each service. Quality can be defined as doing the job right the first time. When you don't, when will you have time to redo the same work 3 more times. I have a Santa Fe and am very satisfied so far with what came from the factory. But what came out of my first service experience leaves much to be desired! More
