I had the first person that listened to me about my Pro Tech Service Contract that did the work to get it fixed instead of telling me that they do not do it or to call ProTech myself. He was amazing but the other multiple times I have had to come to the dealership just to get the run around was not acceptable. Jesse should be commended for his great knowledge of the programs that the dealership sells to you (Pro Tek Service Contracts). The other times the dealership did not want to give the support to have anything done that you paid good money for. More
The customer service in the service department at Holler Hyundai in the Winter Park location is very poor.
