I brought the car in the an oil change and tire rotation. They rotated the tires but didn't check the pressure. All tires needed air. They spilled oil on the manifold cover. If they inspected everything on the list, it didn't cover the windshield wipers because I left a protective cover on the driver's side wiper and they didn't remove it or notice it. Even with an appointment the wait time was 90 minutes. I've been here before for regular service and I was disappointed this time. More

Holler Hyundai service department is NOT service oriented at all! The dealer schedules your appt time then they make you wait 20 minutes before they wait on you. The service sept told me I needed and new at all! The dealer schedules your appt time then they make you wait 20 minutes before they wait on you. The service sept told me I needed and new power window motor and two new brackets. Just the parts were $840.00 they would NOT give me a quote to complete the job. So I took it to another licensed mechanic and it’s NOT the power window motor at all but the power window switch and labor and materials are half the cost of just the parts that holler Hyundai quoted. ALWAYS GET a second opinion! More
I am not sure why we make an appointment change oil and tire rotation took almost 5 hours on a Friday, each time we are there seems longer. And we had a tire leak for couple weeks prior to coming, the next day we see the issue a screw was in the tire, during rotation they should have seen it. And they wanted to. Charge 58 dollars for changing a daytime running light that worked but was aftermarket, but when we picked up the car warning ⚠️ lights were on and light didn't work ..There are to many red flags to go back to this dealership. More
