The first store was indifferent(even though they advertised a $30 gift card to take a test drive, which I have not received as of this date), and have not heard from them since. The second dealer, even though they were owned by the same company as the first dealer, was courteous and helpful. However their pricing was bit out of line, even though the salesperson was very good. We gave it one last try and drove the 60 extra miles to Holler Hyundai, and were pleasantly rewarded. More

Wow, what a excellent experience! I couldn't have had a better experience at Holler Hyundai. Jose Ramirez was an excellent salesperson and said, on the test drive, go as far as you lik I couldn't have had a better experience at Holler Hyundai. Jose Ramirez was an excellent salesperson and said, on the test drive, go as far as you like to test the car. He was not pushy at all and when I finally did decide to buy he explained everything to my satisfaction and more that I didn't even think to ask even though it was getting very late. He then explained the options and the advantages of those options and quoted the prices never being aggressive for me to buy them. Then on to Pattie Cooper in finance who explained all of the paperwork as we were going through it and presented optional services to me but, again not at all pushy, just stating the advantages of the optional packages. This experience far outweighed the other dealers we went to and I will recommend Holler Hyundai and specifically Jose Ramirez. I know that you have a system to give each salesperson their chance to make a sale and am certainly glad it was Jose's turn when I walked in. More
