Partially satisfied customer. Oil change went well. However, I was charged $15.00 for parts that I don’t know what they were for. I was there for a recall and notes on invoice said recall couldn’t be d However, I was charged $15.00 for parts that I don’t know what they were for. I was there for a recall and notes on invoice said recall couldn’t be done because I had put a full size spare tire in trunk. A box with parts was left in trunk stating that if I had a certain part at home I could install part. No verbal explanation was provided. I’m a 72 year old senior woman and had no idea what was what. Personnel is very friendly but lack of explanation is inexcusable. My opinion of Hyundai service was compromised from this experience. I was going to follow up with service department but didn’t feel like going through the process of trying to find the right person to assist me. Lack of clear verbal communication is disturbing. More
