Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

Went for oil change which is advertised online for 34.95 and the sales person Ty wanted to charge me 70 dollars, when I asked why he said prices went up and the online price should be updated , he offered t and the sales person Ty wanted to charge me 70 dollars, when I asked why he said prices went up and the online price should be updated , he offered to discount it at 48 dollars which still was not the advertised price , after going back and forward I paid 41 dollars. To get an oil change and paid what is advertised for Should not be a battle. Please make sure you update your website with the correct prices, thank you. More

I have come to Holler before and a few years back I ventured out to another dealership which Ive regretted since day one. I decided it was time to come back to Holler where they treat their customers right and it was the best decision I could have made. I went in weary that they wouldnt be able to help me with my particular situation but they went so far above and beyond to help me that I was absolutely astounded. From the very first moment Paul Ortiz greeted me at the door, I started to relax already. He listened to my situation, my needs, and my concerns and continued to reaasure me they will do whatever they can throughout the entire process. When it came time for financing, I had the pleasure of working with Toni Van Ierland who made me feel like family. Between her and another gentleman in finance they worked to get me into a beautiful new Hyundai. I have never seen a team of individuals work so hard to help another person as the people here. This experience has truly made me a loyal Holler Hyundai customer for life. In addition to this amazing experience. The service department employees are a cut above the rest. They are always so caring and patient each time I come in. You can tell they truly enjoy what they are doing and are happy to be there.
