I scheduled an oil change two weeks in advance. When I arrived at my appointment time, there was a line five cars long. In the past when I took my.car for servicing, everything was completed within a hour to an hour and a half. This is my second visit for regular service maintenance, both times I experience poor service. I returned a second time to give them the benefit of the doubt, unfortunately they failed the second time as w both times I experience poor service. In my first visit, they did not reset the service indicators in the vehicle, second visit was the same. They also do not perform the multi point check inspection as clearly evidenced from failing to reset service indicators and low tire pressure. I'm left to wonder if they actually replaced the oil filter and motor oil. To top everything off, both visits took almost 5 hours wait! The wait is in addition to your scheduled service appointment booked weeks in advance. More
I had a major problem with my engine and Hyundai came through with their warranty. The service time was very good and so far the car drives excellent!
