Our group's motto, "Never forget your customer - Never let your customer forget you!" comes straight from the mind and heart of the William E. "Bill" Holler, the first Mr. Holler to go into the automotive industry. Long before motivational speakers became fashionable, Bill Holler was an institution! Automotive News described him as a spellbinder, a table-pounder, an evangelist. But he didn't sell cars on personality alone. By understanding customer wants and needs, Bill was able to develop innovative programs to inspire dealers to establish new sales records.
Roger III, Chris and Jill Holler Rogers, Vice-Presidents of our automotive group are the great-grandchildren of the fabled Bill Holler. He founded the General Motors Dealers' Son School established to prepare dealers' offspring to inherit the family franchise and his son, grandson and great-grandchildren were all graduates. From 1929 when General Motors Chairman, C.S. Mott, hired Bill to be Vice President of GM and General Sales Manager of Chevrolet until his retirement in 1945, Bill Holler earned a distinguished reputation as a tireless listener to the dealer, implementing trend-setting innovations and establishing programs to teach the fundamentals of auto sales and quality service still in use today. A believer that a good sales person is critical to our economy, Bill elevated the standards of our profession. In sales literature and speeches he often pointed out that the commander who leads the troops in battle...the volunteer who raises funds for charity...the homeowner who gets the neighborhood involved in a community project...is doing a sales job.

The sales representative, James Santiago, represented an ‘all inclusive’ business transaction. He initially followed up with me from my visiting the Holler website. Then he sent me an ‘out the door’ quot ‘all inclusive’ business transaction. He initially followed up with me from my visiting the Holler website. Then he sent me an ‘out the door’ quote on the vehicle that I was interested in. I was very skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised that his quote stood up and never changed. When I showed up (2 hours away from home), James was the ONLY person that I had to talk to. That was a very Big Surprise for me because I had never experienced a one man show before. I am very glad and happy that I dealt with Holler Hyundai because it turned out to be an incredibly fun and informative experience. I was never pressured and want to emphasize that I was given an extremely fair deal for my new car as well as a fair price for my trade in car. After James and I agreed on everything, James gave me a ‘complete’ review on the features of my new car. I’m still learning my new car but know that James will be available to answer them. All I can say is if you are looking for a dealership that is delightfully different in how to purchase a car, Holler Hyundai is the place to go. More

Total lack of communication and poor customer service. My 6 mo. old Ionic 5 needed a new 12v battery (the regular sized one in most cars). They had an issue with the phone service and computers but to ta My 6 mo. old Ionic 5 needed a new 12v battery (the regular sized one in most cars). They had an issue with the phone service and computers but to take over 2 weeks to replace the battery was unexpected. We reached out multiple times, left msgs. and texted, occasionally spoke to someone only to be told they could call us back that day. Crickets. Fortunately they did provide a loaner. At one point, we were told no other dealer in the area has a battery that they are for other customers. My wife called a local dealer who had 8, and was provided the part nbr. We called Holler to obtain the part nbr to verify it was indeed the same battery and was told by the parts dept.,”we don’t give out part nbrs!” Left several more msgs over a few days with no response. On day 15, someone from service calls and said we have a battery, you can pick up your car. This experience was unacceptable and we will no longer be bringing our car to Holler for service. We do understand there may be a supply chain issue but clearly another dealership had the battery and plenty of them but Holler didn’t take the effort to determine that. More

Came in for a tire rotation, multipoint inspection and oil change. Due to an unexpected flat tire became aware on the side of I-75 that all four wheels had two loose lug nuts. The security lug not was o oil change. Due to an unexpected flat tire became aware on the side of I-75 that all four wheels had two loose lug nuts. The security lug not was only finger tight. The opposite lug nut was clearly not tight. After changing the flat tire I checked the other wheels and found every wheel had similar loose lugs. Since it is apparent that the safety and quality checks are non-existent @ Holler I am looking for an alternate service location. More

If the reason for car shortage was a hurricane, this charge would be illegal. The numbers speak for themselves. Anyone that adds “market adjustment” should be boycotted. Obviously, not all Hyundai dealers subscribe to this ethic questionable practice. More
